Terms of agreement of apartment rental
Prices are inclusive of utilities (normal consumption of electricity, water, gas). Agency fee is not included..
All apartments are equipped with kitchen utensils and hot water.
Bed linen and towels are not included.Not all apartments may accomodate pets (ask for availability). Jolly Vacanze normally offers one-month rental periods (from the 1st to the 30th of every month) or two-weeks periods (from the 1st to the 15th or from 16th to the 30th). For different rental periods, ask for availability.
Possible weekly fees will start at 4 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and finish by 10 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.
To book an apartment at Jolly Vacanze:
- send 30% of rental price + Agency fee will have to be sent by bank money order or bank transfer upon confirmation of availability of the desired apartment; when we recive the deposit, we will send you the rental contract;
Full payment will be required upon arrival by cheque or in advance by bank transfer.. A demage deposit of Euro 100 is required upon arrival; this deposit will be returned upon departure, as specified in the contract.
